Answers to Common Questions
Where are you located:
We are located at the corner of North Boston Road and Hannum House Lane in Troy, Virginia.
When are you open?
Our growing season is March through November. During this time, when weather and unforeseen circumstances are cooperating, our flower stand is open on Thursdays, 3:00 until sell out. For the most up to date information, check out our Facebook page.
How do I pay?
There is a cash box within the stand. We also keep bar codes for using Venmo and Zelle transactions next to the cash box.
Do you have a refund policy?
Our desire is to sell fresh long lasting flowers and we take care to handle them properly to ensure their quality. Once they leave our farm, we are unable to guarantee their care, and therefore do not issue refunds. To ensure a long lasting bouquet please refresh the water daily, keep out of intense heat or cold, and keep out of direct sunlight. Following these steps will keep your flowers beautiful to enjoy for the week to come.
What do you sell?
We sell specialty cut flowers wrapped up into a beautiful bouquet. We also sell individual stems for the making of your own bouquets. Each month we have different flowers blooming and sell you the best that our fields are producing. Also available are various dried flower arrangements, wreaths, lavender stems and sachet bags filled with lavender buds.
